Absorption of perlane and other hylauronic acids has a lot to do with metabolism, so if you've done a lot of exercise recently, or changed diet/lifestyle, that may have something to do with it? I have a very fast metabolism, so perlane only lasts around 4 months in me.

I'm thinking of getting Permalip done, as I've been having Juvederm injections for the past year, and just can't afford to keep them up! Do your lips look/feel natural with Permalip - and how long did the swelling last?

Hi, what kind of implants did you have? I'm thinking of having this procedure done. I've recently had Perlane in my cheeks, but it goes really quickly, and I want something a bit more permanent.
