I don't think capsulectomy is usual done with saline implants? The first surgeon I talked to said she wouldn't be able to, too much bleeding, too difficult to remove. I will definitely be getting both saline implants removed. ... READ COMMENT

Thank you so much! It's a hard choice. I think fat grafting sounds more like what I'd want, but it also looks quite involved and expensive. More research to do! READ COMMENT
