I saw the surgeon today and he assured me the tip will go down and i have actually noticed myself that it has especially with the massaging. I think we need to be alot more patient and have trust in the surgeon. Well fingers crossed anyway....

I completely agree the media has slowly brainwashed me without me knowing and i also said i wouldnt be that way but im all for changing something if ur not happy with it. Life is too short to be unhappy i just hope that im happy with the end result which isnt quick enough!

Hi i know how you feel i had low self esteem before and now i have zero confidence after my rhino/septoplasty in aug 09. I had a severe deviated septum and it still is by 20% thats the best the surgeon could do but lots better than before. My nose is still wide and im hoping it will go down some more. But in ur case i think you looks loads better! and i honestly think its still swelling thats there...good luck and i hope we can get some confidence and self esteem....
