  Glad you had a good experience, and continue to. I had smart lipo done on upper and lower abs in October. I was on the beach in a bikini in February and I'm almost 50. I haven't worn a 2-piece suit since early 20s. My friends couldn't believe it. I've also been working out diligently. I do wish I was seeing more skin tightening, though. May I ask how old you are?

  Wow, I'm sorry for you that your procedure went so wrong. It seems evident that you had an inept doctor as it sounds like they must have perforated your abdominal wall since you ended up with hernias, in addition to the other problems. I had my procedure done a little over 3 weeks ago and have had virtually no ill effects. My doctor was very gentle; no infections, very little bruising and very little pain. I wish you well in your recovery.

  Hi. Had my procedure yesterday. Like you said, I wouldn't want to be punched in the stomach, but I basically have experienced no pain! I have just a little discoloration. I can feel the leftover fluid jiggle in my lower abdomen. As much as I wish I was seeing a flat belly already, I know that's crazy on just the second day. I went for a short walk yesterday a few hours after returning home, and a longer one today. I'm making myself hold back on my usual workout routine because I feel so good, but know it's best to ease into it. Thanks for your blog!
