FYI there is a laser now with 532 wavelength it just received US FDA approval. It has pico and nano second technology and operates at both 532 and 1064. It's called Enlighten from a company called Cutera. I can't post the link but if... READ COMMENT

Hey; Yes the boost upgrade is real, but it does not change the wavelength, what it does it changes the time of he laser from 700picoseconds to 500picoseconds, which apparently makes ink brakup better and chance of scaring or hyper/hypo... READ COMMENT
