    I had my LSL done last April. My results were not acceptable to me either. They did not take care of the issues I was concerned with. I went back for a followup appt last week. They took after pictures. The Dr. came in on the defensive and started showing me the very slight changes and declared the procedure a complete success, He dismissed me and my concerns as if I was a whiny complainer. You will NEVER get a refund from these people. If anyone starts a class action suit against these people, sign me up.
