  I hope you get this since it's been a long time, but just wondering if your nose ever got narrow after the graft or did you get a revision to correct it. It's been 14 months since I got my graft and my bridge is wide. Dr. said he would have to rebreak it to correct the situation. My nostrils are also flared. I think the graft settled too much. If you get this, please reply. Thanks

  Fractured nose 4/2009, septoplasty 5/2009. Ended up w/a "saddle nose" from surgery. Two months ago I went through revision septo/rhinoplasty w/cadavier graft to correct the saddle. My nostrils are still very hard and look very wide (like a hipo. My smile is stiff that you can't see my teeth. I look ridiculous. I hate smiling. The sides of my nose near bridge still looks swollen. Every morning I wake up hoping that the nostrils and smile get back to normal. Like they say, it can take up to one year to get your full. results.

  I am 7 weeks post surgery. Had cadavier graft for sunken septum (saddle nose deformity)from a former septoplasty after a fracture. The width looks wide an the nostrils feel hard and look wide. I was wondering if you have the same?
