Some feedback to your question: I would love to know if anyone has actually tried it, good or bad feedback would be most appreciated!
My mom tried something quite similar to this, it's a tiny patch with a little metal button where she would put it behind her ear. She was from 185 and now down to 150. It worked so well that the ladies and some men at her church began using it.
But the idea is not just to put the patch and go eat whatever you want. It's almost like a mental reminder of the goal you're trying to reach. She had a meal plan with it along with a little exercise plan.
I'm now at 135. 3 months ago I was 128. Reason why I gained is because I did it purposely. I was vegetarian and switch to being a non vegetarian for 2 months, stop exercising and I began to gain weight, feel tired and fatigue and lazy. I like doing experiments. By the way I'm back to being vegetarian and preparing for a vegan lifestyle (again) Anyway I'm going to try this pink patch for 1 month along with a good meal plan and exercise.
Another one that works (I've tried it) is eating 1 grapefruit at after last meal and before 1st meal in the morning. Drinking a warm/hot water in the morning is good for digestion. Homemade lemonade is good (substitute sugar with honey)
:) Hope the info can help
