Laser Hair Removal Injured My Face

My face was ruined by a PA-C using a laser. Now, I am told I have Rosacea but it doesn't seem to fit the pattern. Rather, my skin is so thin, it's very sensitive now and red blood vessels (spider veins) are spreading all over my face. I believe it's latent damage from the laser. It's like going out in the sun for years...you don't see the surface damage until you're older...it's the laser.

My face was damaged permanently by a bad PA-C using a laser all over my face. I have lost all of the fat and density in my face and look terrible. I was wondering how many Sculptra treatments will you need and is it expensive. Also, how did you find a good doctor. I would really like to improve some of the damage of my NOW caved in face....please let me know.

Allure Magazine wrote an article about Thermage and other procedures. The patient that had Thermage lost all the fat in her face and looked at least 15 years older than before the procedure. The company that makes Thermage offered a settlement of $8000.00, but admitted no wrong doing. The magazine showed pictures of her face. I don't have the date of the article, but you could contact Allure Magazine and get it from them. Don't go through with the procedure....too risky.

The laser used on me was a light sheer diode.
