Yes you are right to want to take action, I have been waiting now for 2 years to hear that someone wants to take action, I had channel 5 news contacting me a few a year ago but they wanted me to go on TV, I would have if other people did it too. No one knows except my best friends that I had it done in NYC just like you. I look just the same way I did now as when I went in. These people are not cheap and what we have to show for mow is NOTHING!!! I sure could use the $ 4500.00 now I can tell you that.

Wow, sorry for your pain and agony but mostly for the fact that just like me, the jowls came back and everything else.. I too went to the same surgeon and the same NYC office. I was the same age as you and I was told that I was an excellent candidate. The pain was horrible, at first my friends said wow you look great and relaxed, now no difference whatsoever. I would not recommend this procedure to anyone.
I wish I had the money instead.
I am truly glad your procedure went well.. I can only say to you that I had it done last year at age 52. To date, I look exactly the same as before I had it done. The jowls were back after 2 months and I still have these strange bumps on one of my face, I definatly would not do it again.

My goodness i am so sorry to hear that, which office did your husband go to? I went to NYC and am so very dissapointed in the results. A lot of money, a lot of pain and suffering and a lot of scars and my face will never be the same.
Yes he does need an attorney, somehow we need to get together all the unhappy patients and start a law suit.

My best to your husband and I hope he gets better, I had the surgery just the basic for my neck and jowls. I took pictures before and after and beleive me I now look the same, my jowls are back.
