hi clair i used to have the same probleme ,the tip of the nose swelling,after having to rhinoplasty done and it lasted for almost two years although it started coming down now therefore i advise not to worry too much about it and put in mind that whatever surgeons tell about the fact that it takes about 6 to 12 month to swell down is wrong because it can take up to 36 months to see that tip of your nose in its new size and look.good luck
