I do not (well except for the prolonged reaction I had after my first treatment). However, my provider did take pictures directly before my first treatment. Once I am finished I will ask for copies and post!
Also, quick update on the second. My reaction was FAR less severe. I would highly recommend using Arnica Montana sublingual supplements 5 days before and immediately following the treatment for a week as I attribute the reduction in swelling on the use of that homeopathic remedy. I also used Revision Vitamin K serum ($35 on eBay) to reduce redness which was amazing. Finally, the prescription for the breakouts I experienced after the first worked like a charm. I also gently washed my face 5 times a day, applied skin care and DIDN'T TOUCH IT OTHERWISE. I think I touched it too much before.
Anyway, third is scheduled for the end of October. I may need a 4th (or even 5th), although I was told that I wouldn't see much visible improvement until after the third (although I have seen improvement already!) I will keep you posted and post pics (if they share) after the end. Thanks!
The source you reference while valid is from 2005 following early approval for use. Sculptra has since been approved for cosmetic use by the FDA more broadly. Here is a more recently link that others may find of value. Bottom line: the doctor who wrote the 2005 concern was concerned about the minimal evidentiary support for more wide spread use than originally approved. Well, the new data is in and it has been approved! Check it out!
