Thank you for the recommendation of bromelain. My PS did want me to be on Advil regimen for the next 2 weeks. Basically 2 advil with every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to help with my recovery. I will be taking multivatimins as well. My PS ok'd for me to actually do some regular walking. I appreciate everyone's encouragement and advice here. Thanks again.

Possibly. I am thinking of getting an arm lift within a year or 2 once I get down to my goal weight range of 145-150 lbs. Thanks for the advice :)

Thank you for the much needed encouragement :) I am definitely taking Vitamin C. I'm also a non-smoker and always a designated driver of the group. I will work hard to stay away from the sugar which is my kryptonite unfortunately. I will definitely try to be more patience. Thanks again.

Hello Dr. Connors. Your response to the question was very inspiring. My question is this, will the additional weightloss from going from size 16 to size 4-5 compromise the original result of the tummy tuck? I want to be able to do the same thing as well. I'm currently size 10 (5'5 @ 175 lbs) I used to work out alot prior to my tummy tuck but unable to right now since I'm at Day 3. What steps will I need to do in order to achieve that spectacular results you've described? I appreciate your help very much :)
