Your body has to recover. As CQ said, the more you sleep and rest the faster you will get better. READ COMMENT

No doubt about it: you will hurt and be sore for a bit. The vicodin is helping; if it wasn't, you'd be so bad you couldn't write! Drowsy means that the edge is being taken off, not completely obliterated. If an ice pack helps, go for it. READ COMMENT

Each person is unique, CQ, so don't compare your recovery tit for tat with everyone else's. You can for sure use it as a barometer, but listen to your body and respond accordingly to what you need. READ COMMENT
