It was through my former employer. Self-insured. Sorry.

Hey Kelmo- it is only day 2, right? The pain should be gone by the weekend. You will adjust, your eating habits should only be affected the first/second day after you start a new tray. Yes, you talk a little differently but I wear them to court and have yet to have anyone make any comments. They do take a little time to get used to speaking in, however. And how can you say they make your love life uncomfortable when you have had them on less than a week?

One thing I noticed and thought to post after reading another person's experience- in the mornings I wake with horrible breath. I attribute this in part to the trays and in part to smoking cigarettes in the evening. But when I wake up I put my trays in a cup (half water/half mouthwash) and then brush my teeth and shower. After getting dressed I then put my invisilign back in (after letting in soak in the water/mouthwash solution) and have no issues for the rest of the day.

Now halfway done (started tray 6/10 yesterday) and teeth are looking better. Pain is non-existent; discomfort lasts for only 2-3 days with each new tray. I keep them in when speaking and nobody seems to notice. I do not, however, drink anything but water with them in and never eat/smoke while wearing.
