I don't know what "intermittant fasting" is, but I don't eat for those 18 hours once every 2 weeks, when I put in my new trays. READ COMMENT

Yes, I make sure that I eat a lot before inserting them. I think it reduces the pain to leave them in as long as possible when putting in a brand new set. Also, only taking them out for very short periods of time for the first 2 days... READ COMMENT

Dr. Timothy Miller was just voted the 2nd best plastic surgery center in Orange County. The place that was voted #1? He used to work there! I have an appt with Dr. Miller later this week. I have known of him for several years. READ COMMENT

With having such stubborn teeth, maybe that means that you have such strong bones that you will never develop osteoporosis !!! ( I am NOT a licensed medical or dental professional). READ COMMENT
