I don't suggest sun exposure because, to me, it isn't enough UVB and not worth exposing myself that much to skin cancer just to maybe get any results. The laser is at a specific 308-311nm which is the only part of light spectrum that... READ COMMENT

Call the manufacturer that makes the laser, Photomedex and ask them for provider. I picked a dermatologist at a medical group so I got my PPO insurance to cover it for vitiligo. READ COMMENT

In regards to the scar stretching due to augmentation, you need to put paper tape on that scar to hold that area from stretching until your skin/breasts settle out. READ COMMENT
