its been 3 days since i've had a septorinoplasty and i feel piggy too,it takes a year for the swelling to go down so just have patience. Ask them to tip tape it which makes it go slightly down.

I have the same situation,its been 3 days and when i was changing the cast i saw a little of my nose,the tip was so high-very piggy like..now im waiting to see the final result.
