my smart lipo apt. is this friday, and so I cannot comment as to velashape AFTER smart lipo. but I can say that both endermology and smoothshapes(more permanent than endermology or velashape), have helped a TON with cellulite =) but not with circumferential reduction, thus my apt this friday! I plan to start another round of smoothshapes once I'm a few weeks out.

I've done juvederm 3 times now to fill in my tear troughs and really like it! I've only had 1 syringe used each time though, it fills them in and helps my appearance more than everything else I've tried. I go to a plastic surgeon in the area and he places it deep underneath the muscle so no bumps at all, just smooth normal under eyes =). I do bruise every time though for about a week, which is party hide-able with makeup, but not completely. Sunglasses do hide the bruises tho ;). FYI I'm 28, female and have dark under eye circles my entire life.
