You make a great point about fillers that are permanent vs ones that can be reversed. HA's such as Juvederm or Restylane. I see people say things on here like why would you do that when there is a permanent solution. Ex. Silicone in the lips. The thing is people if it's permanent (which btw Evolence is not, but there is no way to reverse it only time will help) YOU BETTER HOPE YOU LIKE IT!

If the Dr. had just stuck with Perlane he could have used hylauronase(sp?) to get the product out instantly. However, there is no way to get the Evolence out. Layering fillers is a common technique, but I'm not sure I see the logic in layering a hard filler over a soft one.

Wow. I'm not a fan of suing people but the fact that she told you Evolence is easier to mold is laughable.

For future reference one of the benefits to choosing an HA like Juvederm or Restylane is that if you don't like it...there is a compound that can make it go away in seconds. Nothing ever has to be cut out.

Evolence should never be used in the tear trough area. It could however last 18 mos in that area of your face because there isn't much movement there.
