    I had my 2nd treatment on my arms too, about 2 weeks ago. I still have painful arms too after this treatment (which I didn't after the first treatment). Thanks for the diet advice, I have been eating well, but didn't get as much good advice from my MD as you did. Inspiring to hear you've good results, I am hoping I'll have visible results soon too!
