The implants you have (270) weigh less than two pounds for the pair! So the extra weight gain is due to IV fluid/fluid and salt retention and should disappear within several days!

This problem can be fixed by elevating the right implant and restoring the inframammary fold on the rigth side using a suture technique. Sometimes replacing saline with gel implants will minimize rippling, but this can not be guaranteed.
