Hi, how did it go with the hyperpigmentation? did it go away? I'm having exactly the same problem now.

Thank you all that posted their encouraging comments. It has now been 9 months and my smile is back. I'm still slightly suspicious that it is not quite exactly the same but maybe those are just tricks of my mind. I am satisfied with the results although not 100%, let´s say 98%. I am glad I went for it. I must say that, in photograph my nose still looks wide, but now I have learned to use some tricks of make up to make it look narrower in pics ;)
