    Yes, I always am happy to answer questions. It is correct that there can be a fraud class action, but this, too, will be difficult to certify as a class (depending largely on where it is filed and the Judge assignment). I have been referred other victims (this iw why I found the site, doing research).

    I am a class action lawyer. It is difficult to certify a class action based upon each person's different, underlying personal injury. It's near impossible under the commonality/typicality requirements of Rule 23(a). By the way, NEVER pay a lawyer any up front fee to investigate whether you have a claim. Any lawyer worth your time has the financial ability to investigate on his/her own at no cost.
