I was too late to do the small claims court suing but anyone can do this and you dont need a lawyer to do either. Go on the internet and check out your clerk of the court and small claims suits and you can do it online. You will get a court date and then go before a judge who will decide if you win. You can get up to $5000 for a win and just about everyone here could win. I knew I could and I figured that if the judge said no I could tell them I want to take this to a judge who will hear this and decide what I can do. When you dont get it from the first judge you can get a jury but I would have the judge decide. When the last month came I didnt have the money to file it. So I never got to do it but I know I would have gotten my $5,000. I paid $8800 for my surgery. Thats about the most Ive ever seen being paid.

Our Attorney General here in Jacksonville, FL is working on this case also. I met with him and he has all my med records from the doctor who hurt me so badly. I have not heard from him again but I just assume he is still working on it. I hope so.

I did not do the lawsuit against the doctor because at the time I couldnt afford it. My doctor has given ma cream to help with the redness I have on my left ear and down my neck. She wants to help me which is more than I can say for the doctor who did this to me. And I am using actifed too which is really helping my skin a lot. I wish I had never had it done or gone to a surgeon my doctor recommended instead of doing with LSL. I made a horrible mistake I am paying for for the rest of my life.

anyone can do a small clains suit and in FL you can get up to $5,000 for it. I wanted to do that but I never had the money for it. Its like $340 to file it. I didnt have that kind of money so I never was able to do it. you have to do it within 2 years of surgery.

Thank you both for replying to my comment about what happened to me when I had the Lifestyle Lift. I am also a client of a lawyer in Ohio who is suing the Life Style Corporation for all the people who had this done and ended up suffering as all of us here have. However not long ago he went before a judge who practically stopped the whole procedure by saying Life Style is not in the wrong. WHAT??????. Of course they are in the wrong. Just for having this procedure that has hurt so many of us who had it done. I dont know what is happening now with the case but Im doing my own against the doctor who hurt me so badly that I cant go out of the house without concealer on my neck. It still shows but not so bad. I also got extremely ill after the surgery and lost 11 pounds and I only weighed 109 pounds. I was so ill not only couldnt I walk I couldnt even stand up. With all I paid to have this surgery I wish I had gone to a regular plastic surgeon. I dont think this would have happened. But who knows.
