Hello, i had smartlipo done 1 month ago and I'm having a very similar outcome. I am still swollen, and my clothes fit tighter as well. However, i will tell you that i went to a very experienced board certified surgeon & just went for my 3rd check up. He told me it was completely normal b/c i was seriously freaking out. I've also gained about 3 pounds, but i think its from the swelling. Don't worry - it literally takes a good 3 months to see semi-final results. Just keep wearing your garment and make sure to massage!! hope this helps (also drink lots of water)!! :)

I am considering doing this procedure + breast aug like you did. How are you feeling today? I'm 5'3 and weigh 109 lbs, so i only have a bit to take out on my abodomen...is the recovery getting any better?
