I had the same problem as you. My doctor said to not expect my left implant to drop any further, since it's been 1 yr already. He said a revision is necessary. I go for revision in one month. He's only charging a minor fee (approx $500). Revisions sometimes need to be done. My doctor is a perfectionist. It's his reputation, and he wants his clients to be happy with the results.
I just went for my 4 mo post op and my doctor told me to continue massaging my nose. I'm happy with the way it looks now, but my doctor recommended massaging it because it will still change. He said there is still scar tissue. The massaging helps the nose to take it's proper/final shape.
Sounds like your bump goes away when you massage it, too. Hopefully things will work out for you. It's sounds promising.
Thank you for your compliments on my new nose.
$7000 is reasonable for a good nose job including the cost of the hospital and anesthesiologist. If you're ready for this step, pick a doctor you like that has great recommendations and pictures of his work. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results!
As for who my doctor is... I'm from Canada so unless you're from the West Coast you may be better off looking in your own state/province for a doctor. Good luck!
When I first looked at your photos, I couldn't even see the difference. I think we tend to be more critical of ourselves than others would be. I had rhinoplasty in June and I have the exact same issue as you (though from the photos I posted, it's not as noticeable because I did not post close-ups). For me, my nostrils were slightly different before, and after the surgery that difference is still there. But I am still happy with the results, and was not striving for perfection. However, if you're concerned, maybe you'll want to address this issue with your surgeon.
