    No problem! I know it doesn't work as well for everyone BUT i do put the effort in it too! I work out at least 3 days a week, preferably more (if i have time), 30-40 min walking, 30-40 min weight lifting...doesn't happen every week like i plan it, sometimes life gets in the way but i do go as much as i can, AND i try to eat as healthy as i can. Luckily i don't like pizza, burgers & chocolate but i do like fruit and veggies... but i still don't like to diet much.
    Good luck with your surgery, i hope you will get the results you want!

    I just put up a new picture from this summer (last pic with the pink bikinis). It's been 3 years now. The scars barely show and i'm still loving the results!

    Well the TT is a lot more invasive than the C-Sections so i would say the recovery time was a bit longer, the pain was a bit more intense but overall it was very similar to the C-section, so if you did well with that, you should be fine with the tuck too. I was told that i have pretty high pain tolerance so they were all pretty easy on me.

    Hi there, First of all, congrats, you look great!! After having my surgery, i was swollen for a while too, which i actually didn't realize until it totally went down. It took me about 6 month to see the "real" results and almost a year to be totally "healed" inside out. It was a year in Oct. 23rd and when i do sit-ups i can still feel where my muscles have been sewn together. I know it's hard to wait it out... but just try to be patient, you will look better and better every week!

    They pulled the skin down and i got a nice new belly button (mine was pretty flat and stretched too). Since i didn't have a lot of extra skin, i ended up with a small vertical cut too, that's where my original belly button was. If my skin was more stretched i wouldn't have that, but the scar is so faded that it doesn't bother me a bit ;-)
