After I posted my original question, I ended up getting both my son's ears revised. I also had my one bad ear fixed the same day - like, you one was perfect and one stuck out. Unilateral otoplasty is possible and does cost a bit less.... READ COMMENT

That's great! I had the same issue with people, incidentally... I always used my hair to disguise my bad ear, so everyone was questioning me when I mentioned getting the surgery, saying I looked "fine" and they "never even noticed" my... READ COMMENT
