As a former employee of ALC, I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious of the business practices!!! It is a very shady company!!!! Having actually performed the VelaShape treatments on several patients, I can honestly say that it does work. HOWEVER, you absolutely need to have a healthy BMI (body mass index), healthy diet, and healthy (not extreme) workout regimen. You also need to take the advice to heart about drinking lots of water. This treatment stimulates your lymphatic system to flush out the toxins, but your body needs some "help" to keep it going after and in between your treatments. Hope this helps!!
