Is it possible that the above post is directly from clearchoice? For a lay-person to have such knowledge of the terminology and articulate in implant therapy seems highly suspect. Judge for yourself
Before you go forward with the clearchoice option look carefully at the results. Their plan usually calls for an acrylic denture type prosthesis screwed onto 4 implants. I refer to it as a denture on stilts. DO a search on Google images of implant hybrid prosthesis and you will see what i am referring to. The acrylic is porous, absorbs stain and wears quickly. Also after the gum heals there are big spaces between the denture and the gum where a lot of food can become trapped. MAke sure you quiz these people and see retracted photos before and after. You will be surprised when you see the whole picture of the denture on stilts it's not so pretty.
