PO 16 days, still swollen but seems to be getting a little better each day...Dr removed the thin layer of tape from my incision on Mon, how do I get the gummy dark marks still left on my skin from the tape?

13 days PO... got my drain, stitches and tape out/off on Monday.... whoo hooo!!! Incision looks very good, has some areas with a little lip on them, I know I've read about this but I need a refresher.... any feedback on how to make sure they flatten out and look the best they can?? My PS has told me not to put ANYTHING on my incision, no lotion, no oils, NOTHING! Said just to keep the binder on it and I see him again in 3 weeks....

My sides are kinda lumpy, do they eventually even out?
