Just for the record, I've had a maxillofacial CT scan which showed nothing of concern. They did, however, find an "old unhealed fracture in the maxillary spine" and a "1 mm bony density in the soft tissues of the right nasal ala which may relate to old nasal trauma". Otherwise their impression was that my nasal dorsum was unremarkable, as clinically questioned. Not sure if this helps, either but my rhinoplasty was almost 7 years ago but I'm starting to think this is related...
