My dr had me lifting my arms above my head the next day. I totally recovered within a week and both oft breasts have dropped already and I am only 2.5 weeks post op. I feel great and am starting my workout program back up today. My left breast is still a tad higher than the right but they are pretty much exactly where they will stay and are already pretty soft. I love them. Just wish I would have went bigger. When in doubt, go bigger!!!

I do! I was afraid I was going too big with 420 but now I really wish I had gone 450 or even 500! They are barely noticeable in my regular clothes. It is probably too early to really judge size since I am only 3 days post op but I think I am getting the boob greed too. Do they really "fluff" when they soften and drop? Will they look bigger? Also, if wondering if a patient did decide they wanted to go bigger, would it be the entire cost all over again to switch the implants out?
