Hi..im so sorry about your experience. I had the second lower eyelid bleph two weeks ago because the first (performed by the same surgeon on 12 of January) was made by transconjuntival way and it left me more fat bags (i don't how make it happens!!) than before and excess skin. Was terrible!!! Now is much better. The left is perfect , the right....so so....i can see something that i don't like but maybe it's just me that notice also the most little impefection (since i made it now when i speak with someone i look into his eyes and see all the imperfection!!! :-) ) but i would not never remake it!!! All the surgeons tell us that it is easy, maybe the surgery is easy (less than 1 hour to do it) but after, healing is too long and full of complications. If you have important bags to remove maybe you can think to do it but if it is not necessary don't do it. Good luck to everybody and sorry for my english (i'm from Italy). Monica

I saw my surgeon last week and he told me that it's not swelling but excess skin that creates two empty bags of skin and that inside there is still a little fat to remove. So he decided to have a second lower eyelid bleph with traditional method because transconjuntival didn't work on me. He thougth that transconj was the right technic for me but he was wrong (i'm 40 years old). Next 4 april i will have the revision. I hope... (i hope you understand what i wrote, i'm italian and i'm not so godd with English.. :-) )

A new update about myself. I had a follow up with my surgeon and after two months he decided that i have to do a revision, a second lower eyelid bleph with traditional method because transconjuntival left me excess skin that created two empty bags of skin and he thinks also that inside there is still a little fat to remove. I'm so so so sad and now a i'm so scared . 15 years ago i made a liposuction with him and it was great!! But with this surgery is not the same thing.... :-( Maybe i'm just a little unlucky. I hope now everything will be better.
