11 weeks PO. Noticed that I got noticeably less swelling. Lower abs are almost showing :- Full TT with MR, 305cc Mentor CPG Mod+

Looking at your pictures, your boobs arent huge. In fact they look so natural. (But we all know how deceiving looks are.. They may look natural but feel unnatural to you.) Also, i totally understand what you mean about going too big. I sometimes feel like i might have as well. they're heavy and I am aware of them ALL the time. I keep kicking myself for choosing to go with my 305 instead of the 200-250cc my PS recommended :( . I do miss the times where my boobs were so small I hardly notice them. But I'm still at the place where I think they look good. So I will not be doing anything about it. Let me know what you choose to do :) Its a good thing you have a couple more weeks to sleep on the final decision. (I used to have costocondritis too. way before my sx. they just come and go for no reason... and it seems to run in my family. I was worried about it being 'activated' after my BA but so far so good). Good luck in your decision and also your upcoming procedure in downsizing/explanting :)

Cool! I have never seen the implants I got.... I wanted to see it but its in the sterile packaging... And only opened when during sx. But the sample I saw was more solid looking.
