Amen!! to less is more. I am 47 and 2 days ago opted for Juvederm. I was so scared and wanted the lines above my mouth gone as well as the downward droop of my mouth. I expressed my concerns about all the 'trout mouths' i have seen and did NOT want to look like a monster. Luckily, I am thrilled with the 'natural' results that nobody has noticed (but me) I stayed iced and on elevated pillows for 2 nights as well as tumeric for inflammation..Today the results are FAB....I'm excited and wish everyone the best with their docs....Its imperative that they LISTEN to you!
try tumeric next time. I'm looking at date of your post. This stuff really helped with the inflammation. its 2 days later and I have no swelling or bumps at all.
ME I had Juvederm in my lips and lines above my lips and corners of my mouth for that downward turn..2 days ago. Tumeric is excellent for inflammation and today I am sooo happy with the results! No swelling, lumps, or bumps. I wanted to run back and show the results and give a hug to the administrator. This is my first time. I'm 47. and know this is going to be my addiction. I've previously had botox in my forehead (between my eyebrows) and was always pleased with the results What a difference this Juvederm has made....Nobody has said anything, and i'm happy about that, but I love how my lips look....so natural ! I want them to stay this way they look so yummy, i want to kiss myself.hahahaha Be patient and try tumeric (I used 500mg every two hours) for the inflammation and swelling. I used that and ice as well as kept elevated on two pillows for two nights-no side sleeping-no belly sleeping.......I couldn't be happier!! YEY FOR JUVEDERM! and Goodbye lines!
