    I'm 3 weeks out and have no more bruising. My scars are healing and I mainly have pain at night. When did you begin sleeping on your side again? I don't want to compromise the pocket so I'm trying to sleep on my back and I am getting so sore. If you are in pain switch to a compression sports bra it works wonders for pain!

    NervousGirlie - he used my same implants and I was a 32D but I think I am smaller.....I appear to be anyway. I'm going to try on my old bra's and see if they are too big or not today :) I had the surgery about 1 1/2 years post surgery. I honestly looked awesome except they were too far into my armpits with no cleavage at all. Now they're sitting where they should be and I look/feel so much leaner thank goodness.

    Hello! May I ask why you removed yours? I am so sorry about the scar. I think in time it should heal. Prior to this surgery mine were almost invisible. I am not sure why it's pushed over (nipple) but hope it moves inward more soon. Thanks for commenting.

    I should update this that I think I have 375 CC Allergan implants. I thought it was 350 CC but then I recall I'm pretty sure it's 375. Check out my page if you want to see what that size looks like.

    Thanks for posting this. I just had this surgery done a week ago today. I am wearing an exceptionally supportive bra which holds me 100% into place and provides the most support on the lateral sides of my body. I bet you could jog in this bra without much movement (it's called the AMOUR bra by Under Armour) and you buy it buy size. It's ultra compression and you can even bend over without things moving! I hope that helps with the jogging question. How are you looking at 7 weeks post op? I'm still changing obviously.
