Thank you! He put the cartilage at the tip to create shape and add support. (I didn't have enough cartilage in my nose.) My nose feels a little hard at the tip, but it is getting softer each week. If you look at my nose or ear you have no idea he added ear cartilage. It's so weird! I'm sorry about your bad surgery :(
