Yes, I just got it and I had to call as the instructions are like psychic. Gee, after all that money One would like specifics and even a few hints on where to put it. There are almost no directions. I will do a patch test but it does seem like a real time investment and I am a skin junkie. The lights are very bright!!! IT does come with eye covers but I don't know. And, you can only do one part of the fact at a time. Maybe it is worth it. ???
