Misty - your results look amazing! Sorry you're having a difficult day - but like everyone else has said - things get better and better. Some days feel like a step backward, but overall - you're moving toward a MUCH more confident you!! Happy Healing and wishing you a great day tomorrow.
Thank you. IThink you look awesome!! I feel like my results looked the best right after the surgery. I am now 12 DPO and have more swelling and have had to have a small seroma drained twice. I read your story and it sounds so familiar!! At first I thought you must have gone to my same PS as I just said to my husband today how frustrating it was that they don't proactively tell you things that would be helpful and make you somewhat feel like a spazz for asking a lot of questions. I would be LOST without this site and learning through everyone else's experiences.
I'd love to hear how you're doing now as I think I am about a month or so behind you. It also sounds like we have similar careers and I am having a lot of anxiety about going back to work on Monday.
I have been much more open about this (probably going to regret it at some point) so have avoided having to hide it. I was naive to think that when I said I just needed to have my muscles repaired and some hernias repaired from my twin pregnancy that wasn't like screaming out to the world I was having a tummy tuck. At the end of the day - I am still very glad about having this done and appreciate your story A LOT - even thought it confirms that I still have a long road ahead. Good luck to you!! :)
