    dear Nene, i've lost since my lipo on february 19th , 12 kgs and now i fit again in size 36, i had size 40 before lipo and was set on a strict diet right after the lipo, i must say that my waist, hips and belly are now very slim and i must thank my surgeon because what he said was that the diet works faster with greater results after a lipo and he was right, i must say that i took some help Phentramin D with the Acai Berry from Lazarus Labs (internet) to help me and that is a wonder pill, you just melt, that boost your energy so now i do nordic wallking on monday, dance afro carribean dances with drum music(fat killer) tuesday, wednesday and friday, thursday nordic walking, my soul has changed, congratulations 1.5 kg in a week, that is promising, i am now for the next 15 days in the UK(london) but i have WIFI if you want to know more for your diet

    my lipo results are perfect due to the dieting i am now 8 weeks post and i have great results, i must admit i saw your pictures, your results are GREAT even without diet

    my weigh loss is now almost complete and i started nordic walking and afro carribean dances with a south american friend( i am the teacher lol) 1 kg a week is perfect, i took BCM/Precon diet(internet) which helped me a lot 1 barre or 1 shake in the morning, soup, salads, vegetables,fruits for lunch, barre or shake evenings for 10 days, 4-6 hours break between the meals and 2/3L water between the meals or tee (green) those are so far the fastest results ever
