Hello welcome to the site . I can only add to mamiash has said .. Do what you need to do in order to make you happy . I myself had my reduction at 44 tried 20 years before but was denied .. I wish that I would have kept trying back then it was so worth it for me. I have had back neck problems since I was in my teens . Haven't had a issue since the surgery , I could have spared my body 20 years less of the pain if I would have gotten it done sooner. Good luck on your journey and whichever choice you make .
