Thanks for the tip, I'm using a silicone gel which is really sticky and stains clothes if its not dry. Might look into these sheets as it takes 15 minutes for this stuff to dry before you can get dressed, it does seem to be working though. Where did you get yours from? Was it online or from your surgeon?

The homeopathic cream was actually called 'homeopathic healing cream' and it was sold by Dr. Lanzer, unsure where else it would be available. Sounds like the method was slightly different as I didn't have any drains put in. I'm very intrigued to see your results! Hi diva4me... I was told to wear the Lycra type compression garment underneath my clothes 24 hours a day for at least 4 weeks. The other foam compression garment that velcro fastens tightly I had to wear 24 hours a day for the 1st week (I think this one is only necessary if you have hi def Vaser lipo) and I continued to wear it at night for the first 6 weeks. It really brings the swelling down and it's nice waking up nice and trim :) good luck with your procedure and hope it all goes well.

Thanks man! Yeah, Dr Lanzer did it for $6,000 but then with GST and compression garments etc it came to $7,000. Might be worth a trip down to Melbourne?
