Ya,I'm thinking eating under 800 calories a day is your prob.you should try eating at minimum 1200 calories a day and lotts of water and maybe some walking..GL..I'm 8 weeks PO and still having pain and swelling at times but I am feeling good enough now to run 4 days a week.you really need food in your body to heal and if your only rating 800 calories that is not sufficient for yours or any adult body.dry to sound harsh but I really hope you start to feeling better..
Thx so much..I love this website it has helped having other women who are going through the sane things ,to talk to...I am going to have before pics as soon as I go for a check up..I didn't have the nerve to take those myself..lol..keep in touch..you are looking amazing..(;..oh and if it weren't for the GoldGym waste band I don't think I could run.my doc never gave me a binder after surgery..I started my slow jogging at 6 weeks..just listen to your body and you will be fine(;
I had a full tummy tuck with MR..its been a crazy ride but I promise all these lil hiccups will be worth it..I found it hard to even wear anything covering my tummy cause I was having such horrible nerve pain ,and that was up until about a week ago..I felt like a cry baby but it is so true everyone us different..(;
