I beg to differ with these surgeons; they should walk around with ruptured implants so they can truly comment on what we women might be experiencing.They should also reconsider their oath of "do no harm". I have silicone implants (1985), left implant is rupture and yes you will have burning pain. The pain is not constant, however, it burns on the left side of left breast and the top right side of the left breast. I have been very sick for over 10 years and know realizing that the implants are to blame. Not all women will be come ill from breast implants but it's a crap shoot with all that encompasses your life. I am scheduled for ex-plantation surgery and WILL NOT REIMPLANT. I will have a breast uplift, and then have fat transfer. You should seek a second opinion from someone who has YOUR best interest. Best of luck to you. Singing the Silicone Blues
