I don't even remember once feeling light headed..... But the doctor did remove my stitches

Well mine is a very localized pocket of fluid, very easy to tell, looks like a waterbed, when i push down you can sse the fluid move throughout my abdomen

I only stayed from sunday (day before surgery) until thursday So not long. But i heard that I was odd in how well I recovered

Well I didnt drain for the first two days at all until I had my first massage, then I drained about 6 days and as soon as it had less than 25ml in one day I took the drain out MYSELF. crazy right
