I had Sculptra (along my top lip and each side of my chin) injected by a dermatolgist and spent thousands of dollars on numerous treatments to fix. Eventually had to have it removed surgically. Best advice is do not touch the stuff! It should not be on the market.
I can understand why your treatment is so unsatisfactory....what on earth ever possessed you to have it done in Beijing?? I live in Beijing and would NEVER have a procedure done here. Too many stories like yours! Good news is that Restylane does eventually dissolve and go away (that is if it REALLY was Restylane that you had injected into your face????).
Keep us informed as would LOVE to sue the pants off the company for what I 've been through!! Although I do believe there is a statute of limitations on such things? Good luck!
I can sympathise with you as sculptra for me was an absolute disaster. It caused me nothing but hours of angst, tears, discomfort and not least of all was an aesthetic disaster with visible rock hard lumps in rows across my top lip and each side of my chin!
It cost me thousands of dollars in consultations and treatments with numerous doctors. I eventually found a dermatologist and plastic surgeon who listened to the fact that I wanted the lumps removed (after exhausting all other less invasive treatments!). If the earlier doctors had listened to me from the beginning and removed the lumps surgically as requested it would have saved me thousands of dollars in useless treatment!
The only winners here were the doctors!
