Thank you Crystal. It takes time and honestly I stopped focusing so much on how I looked daily and started to pay attention to weekly changes. I think that helped a lot.

Thank you :-)! I know exactly what you mean about results I used to spend every free minute I had on this site reading and looking at pictures. Then I went back to work lol. But still get on daily. I think even after the surgery tho hearing nice comments like yours means the world to me because I didn't know what to expect and looking at myself isn't the same as hearing someone else say something nice so really thank you. I will have to follow your progress too
