Well I'm 5'3 and have about the same bwd. My particular implants had a diameter of 12.9...so ill always have a little side boob, probably even more so than I have now. He said I might look slightly more "implanty" than if I had gone with a smaller HP. I wanted 400 though because I wanted the surgery to be worth it hah. I'm about a 34c/32d but will be going up in size as they drop more...I still have a lot of upper pole fullness. I am guessing I will be a solid 34d 6 months from now...depending on the brand. At Victoria's Secret I'm probably already that and then some but I don't usually shop there. I think you will be be perfect with 425 hp. What size are you starting out at? That makes a big difference.
You seriously look amazing! I remember my PS mentioning that as a possibility...but still wait a little and see if anything changes. Sometimes it's just a few days and you see major changes. I had to have my left incision opened back up to drain a hematoma...like a week and a half ago. So it kind of made my implants look a little diff after because he pulled the skin right again when he stitched the left side back up. It will probably be a while before I notice they look the same. Everyone always seems to have 1 that is higher than the other for longer than 6-8 weeks. It could take 3-6 months. Don't get too down girl!! Like I said, you look perfect in my opinion!! :)
I'm so sorry! You definitely need to do what is right for you. I didn't realize you were that unhappy. I know you and I both have been through a lot with our implants in a short period of time. It's been rough. If you want to talk, I'm still here for you girl :).
Thanks girl!! :). I'm so so happy with them even though it seemed like I never would be haha. And of course you look so natural and perfect. I think you're healing quicker than anyone else I see on here. I love your results...hope you do too!! :)
Thank you!! I Was nervous that they would be too big, but they aren't at all Your pre-op size is basically what I was the day before surgery. I think it depends on how narrow your are? Because the higher up in cc the wider the implant. Unless you're going for that look then you don't want them spilling over the sides too much...with that said, HP implants are higher volume with a narrower base so that's great!! The highest my surgeon would go to still achieve a natural look was 400cc hp. I think you should go with whatever your ps recommends and that you feel most comfortable with. You'll look amazing!! :)
